We at SAFAL Academy are committed to helping aspirants succeed in their defense and government job preparation journey. To maintain fairness and transparency, we have laid out the following Fee Refund Policy applicable to all courses offered by the institute.
Cancellation by Student (Before Course Starts)
- 7 or more days before course commencement:
- 80% refund of the total fee (after deducting 20% as administrative & processing charges).
- 3 to 6 days before course commencement:
- 50% refund of the total fee.
- Less than 3 days before course commencement:
- No refund will be granted.
After Course Commencement
- Due to the compact and fast-paced nature of the 90-day program:
- Once classes (offline or online) have begun, no refund will be entertained under any circumstances, including:
- Lack of interest or motivation
- Change in personal circumstances
- Non-attendance of classes
- Discontinuation due to selection in another institution
Batch Postponement / Cancellation by the Institute
- If the batch is cancelled or postponed by the institute due to unavoidable circumstances:
- Students can either opt for 100% refund, or
- Choose to transfer the fee to another upcoming batch or different course.
Non-Refundable Components
- Registration/Admission Fee: Non-refundable under all circumstances.
- Study Material Charges: Once material is issued (physical or digital), its cost is non-refundable.
- GST or Taxes Paid: Non-refundable unless otherwise directed by law.
Special Cases (Medical or Emergency)
- Requests will be reviewed only if:
- Raised within the first 5 days of the course.
- Supported by valid medical or legal documents.
- Management’s decision in such cases will be final and binding.
Refund Process & Timeline
- Submit a written refund request with:
- Written application/email must be submitted with:
- Original fee receipt
- Valid ID proof
- Reason for refund
- Approved refunds will be processed within 10 working days via the original payment method.
